To become a PrizeWagon.com player we will collect personal information about you in order to implement our service and target appropriate advertisements to you. This personal information ranges from basic information like email address, gender, age and zip code, to in-depth information such as physical address and your interests. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize greater than $999 constitutes your consent to PrizeWagon.com and its agents, the use of your name, likeness, voice, opinions and biographical information for publicity, advertising, trade or promotional purposes.
Your Role in Protecting Your Privacy
Never share your PrizeWagon.com passwords with anyone whom you don't want accessing your account. You must contact us immediately if you feel that your password has been compromised in any way, or otherwise needs to be changed or deactivated.
Signing Out
If you are using a public terminal, you will want to make sure that you do not request to save your username or password and make sure you log off, or sign out, before you leave the terminal. To do this, click "log out" at the top of any page. This will close your session to our website and log you out of our system.
